Your Client Success Manager is your primary point of contact: they know your account, manage the workflow, and make sure execution stays aligned with the strategy. The strategists who develop your OSP remain involved. The specialists executing each channel are seasoned professionals. What you will not find at OSLA is the bait-and-switch model where the senior team wins the account and the junior team runs it.

Four things that are true about everyone on this team.
Search algorithms shift. AI platforms change how content gets found and cited. New channels open and others lose relevance. Staying ahead of those changes is not a side interest at OSLA. It is a job requirement. When something shifts that affects your business, you hear about it from us.
OSLA does not recommend platforms, tools, or channels the team has not worked with directly. Curiosity about what is new is only useful when paired with the discipline to understand how it actually performs before a client’s budget goes near it.
Accountability to clients means no bad news buried in reports. Accountability to each other means no one passes a problem to someone else and calls it managed. Both are held to the same standard.
OSLA maintains a deliberate limit on active client relationships. Quality of work depends on genuine attention, and genuine attention has a ceiling. If the timing or fit is not right, we will disclose that during the strategy call.
