Palmetto Shooting Complex sought to increase walk-in traffic (a highly profitable revenue stream) after a decline following COVID-19. However, its location outside central towns like Augusta and Aiken created visibility challenges, especially for newcomers to the CSRA, who were largely unaware of its presence. We were tasked with increasing visibility and brand awareness through their organic social media channel.
OSLA focused on a strategic organic social media approach designed to build awareness and engagement. Content centered on showcasing the facility, clearly communicating its location, and highlighting its accessibility to walk-in visitors. Emphasis was placed on availability of lessons and experiences for all skill levels, helping to position the complex as both approachable and inclusive for new and returning shooters alike.
Significant improvement in awareness and audience engagement, helping to reintroduce the facility to the surrounding community and beyond.
